Paying Top Dollar - Sell me 1/3 or 1/4 fractional ownership in your Priest Lake cabin. Spokane couple wants classic 2 or more bedroom cabin on the water. Must be a nice cabin, prefer high end deeded property. We are like minded owners who will care for your property. We will use cabin for about 5 weeks out of the year, but would like to own at least 16 weeks. We will also consider purchasing your entire cabin and leasing back a fraction to you. We are handy high net worth owners that can help you manage and keep up property. We seek 1-3 like minded owners to enter this agreement.
Please send photos and/or description of your waterfront Priest Lake cabin. If we like property, we will pay you cash and we will pay for attorney to draw up agreement with following type of conditions:
- 16 weeks (min) per year
- owners pay equal proportion maintenance costs
- owners pay equal proportion taxes/lease fees
- owners agree to pre-determined exit arrangement/ sale to approved buyer/death
- no renting unless immediate family or close friends
- current owners have right of first refusal to buy any/all outstanding shares for sale at market price if current owners wish to sell
- we may think of other conditions after we both consult mutual fractional attorney
I am not a real estate person and have never done this type of transaction but have researched this and believe it would be a perfect fit for us at Priest Lake.
