Kalispell Bay Sewer District is looking for an experienced part-time office manager/bookkeeper to work in the District office 2-3 days per week.

Our current office manager/ bookkeeper is retiring after being with the District for 24 years.


Must be well organized and able to work independently.

Knowledge of QB/Microsoft Word/Excel.

Payroll/Payroll Taxes/Year End Taxes/W-2’s/1099’s.

Quarterly billing and receiving along with bill paying.

Annual audit over-site.

Quarterly news letter.

Attend monthly board meetings/take minutes.

Salaried position based on 20 hrs. per week.

Retirement and health insurance offered/paid for employee only.

Salary depends on experience.
