The new clubhouse at Priest Lake Golf Course is looking fantastic! You’ve got to see it in person, swing by and check it out for yourself.
Grand re-opening weekend June 6–8. NEW MENU - A regular weekly schedule starts June 9, they have been waiting for more of the kitchen team is in place and summer is kicking off at the lake.
Plenty of great updates are happening around the course:
New tee boxes and range improvements are coming along nicely
New range balls are on the way
The mats at the range let you use your own tee, just like grass — give it a try
The crew is small but doing great work, and golfers can help by:
Filling divots (especially on new tees) — sand and seed bottles are in the pro shop
Keeping rakes in bunkers to make mowing easier
Staying off newly seeded spots by the range and front entrance
Replacing any cart signs that get knocked over
Returning range buckets to the shed
The full course was just fertilized, and most tee boxes have been seeded. Crews are working on new tee markers, fixing broken sprinklers, and repairing greens. The new tee boxes are teed forward for now so the grass can grow in strong before peak season.
Also, a big welcome to the new PGA Pro, Eric Huzarski. Call the course to book a lesson with him.
And if you want to show your support, there are 7 chances to sponsor one of the new trashcan holders placed around the course. To claim one, contact Jennifer at 208-443-2525.
